Megha Datta

Megha has a Masters in Psychosocial Clinical Studies along with a specialization in Expressive-arts based therapy from UNESCO. She has an experience of more than 5 years where she has worked with adolescents and adults in an individual as well as a group setting. She understands that every individual experiences trauma or severe life stressors differently, and therefore, expression of the inner and outer worlds of individuals is pivotal in the therapeutic process. She aids clients in their journey to finding healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen relationships in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
She has an eclectic approach to therapy with a range of modalities including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Expressive arts, CBT, as well as self awareness of DBT. She has experience of working with people of all age-groups. Most of her work has been with adolescents and adults with concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship distress, work-life balance, self-esteem concerns, body-image issues, etc.
